Olivia Fischer, M.A

I am a psychometrist at Compass Clinic, providing psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults under the supervision of a registered psychologist. I aim to bring an approachable, open, and curious attitude to my assessment work to ensure a positive and insightful experience for all those I work with. Presently, I am working on my doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology at the University of British Columbia. I received my M.A. from the same program. In addition to my assessment work, I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor at West Coast Centre for Sex Therapy, where I specialize in supporting people from LGBTQ+ communities. Similarly, my doctoral research is aimed at improving psychotherapy outcomes with LGBTQ+ clients by fostering therapist cultural humility
