Jamie Hack, MSc, RSLP
As a speech-language pathologist, I provide communication assessments at the Compass Clinic for children identified as having delayed speech and language. I have a Master’s of Science in Speech Sciences from the University of British Columbia. I also work at BC Children’s Hospital in the craniofacial clinic. For the past 8 years, I worked at Sunny Hill Health Centre (SHHC) on the Provincial Autism Resource Centre (PARC) and the Complex Developmental and Behavioural Conditions (CDBC) programs. I was part of the team that diagnosed developmental communication disorders in the context of Autism and other neurodevelopmental Disorders. I am a Registered Autism Service Provider (RASP) and have experience with therapy for children with Autism. In addition to my clinical work, I am involved in work groups that encourage family centered practice, research and apply evidence based practice, and I volunteer in the community on the Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Resource Society.
