John Lum PhD, R.Psych

I am a Registered Psychologist and have experience conducting psycho-educational and behavioral assessments. I have delivered consultative services for academic and behavioural concerns in both school and clinic settings. My goal is to provide meaningful assessments that inform practical recommendations for treatment. I received my Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at the May Institute in Boston in their Applied Behavioral Services track with rotations in their school for students diagnosed with autism and developmental disabilities, and school for students with brain injuries and neurobehavioral disorders. I have been a co-author on articles appearing in several journals, including Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders, Education and Treatment of Children, Developmental Neurorehabilitation, Communication Disorders Quarterly, and Psychology in the Schools. I previously received a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education from the University of British Columbia.
