I am a registered psychologist working with children. I have training and experience supporting children and families who have come up against challenges despite trying their best. As a clinician, I aim to offer clarity around what may be happening and what supports may be helpful. At Compass Clinic, I conduct assessments for preschool-aged children, school-aged children and adolescents who are presenting with developmental differences. I conduct private and provincially contracted autism and psycho-educational assessments. I am recognized as a Qualified Specialist in the province of British Columbia for the assessment of Autism Spectrum Disorder. In terms of my education and training, I completed my MA and PhD in Clinical Psychology at Simon Fraser University and my Pre-Doctoral Internship at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario. I have extensive training in developmental disabilities, complex mental health, and anxiety/mood challenges. I have worked in multiple settings including community mental health, children’s hospitals, and schools. In my spare time I love spending time exploring nature with my family.
