“Imperfections are not inadequacies; they are reminders that we’re all in this together." ~ Brené Brown

I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Simon Fraser University and I am near completion of my doctoral degree. I completed my pre-doctoral residency at Alberta Children’s Hospital where I gained extensive experience working with children and youth presenting with a variety of psychological disorders (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma) and medical problems (e.g., diabetes, neurological conditions). I also gained further training in the assessment of developmental and cognitive disorders including learning problems, intellectual disability, and autism. Prior to my residency, I trained locally at BC Children’s Hospital, Child and Youth Mental Health, the Maples Adolescent Treatment Centre, and the Vancouver CBT Centre. At Compass Clinic, I provide comprehensive assessments for children and youth with ADHD, complex neurodevelopmental and behavioural issues, FASD, learning disabilities, and autism. I have a warm and gentle style and approach each assessment in a flexible and collaborative manner.
